​​Located in the Dubai Marina district, at 414 m (1,350 ft) tall with 101 floors above ground, Princess Tower was the tallest all-residential tower in the world at the time of its completion in 2012. Motioneering worked closely with the design and construction team to develop a detailed tuned liquid damper design and conduct a TLD performance analysis.

With construction coordination and tower frequency measurements, Motioneering provided as-built performance verification and implemented a 1000 tonne (1,102 ton) tuned liquid damper to enhance the wind-induced dynamic behavior of the tower.
